Insight Homes builds high-quality homes that have a modern design, are energy-efficient,
and customizable. We strive to deliver an unmatched personal service experience during
your building process from selection to design and throughout the building phase.
We offer a variety of floor plans with opportunities for customization to make your dream
home become reality. Our model homes are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Mike Jones, the owner of Insight Homes, has been building great homes in Tucson since
1980 and specializes in the following areas: Oro Valley (Honey Bee Canyon, Stone Canyon,
La Canada Ridge) and Marana (Butterfly Mountain, Canyon Pass, and Tortolita Vistas).
Insight Homes will also build in the Catalina Foothills and will consider building a home of
your design or their design on a lot you already own.

We can customize any one of our model homes
or build from your own plans on our lot or yours.

DESIGN

The Insight Homes’ Design Center is led by co-owner and interior designer, Ann Jones.
The philosophy behind all Insight Homes’ services and products is to simplify the purchase
of a home without the stress of unknown or hidden fees during construction. Purchasing

a home from Insight Homes includes the services of an interior designer to help select
and coordinate finishes and colors. Our Design Center has been integrated into our
construction process to ease the transition from framing to a warm and welcoming

home you’ve pictured from the beginning.

Working from the base package included with your home, Ann will provide creative
solutions with finish upgrades or coordinate the interiors with your own ideas.
